Ningbo Virtue Mold Co., Ltd., founded in 2019, specializes in CNC rough machining for molds, precision mechanical plates, and mold base processing. With nearly seven years of experience and advanced CNC equipment, the company ensures stable capacity and reliable quality.
Its services include mold steel supply, rough machining, precision milling, heat treatment, and customized A/B plate machining for injection and die-casting molds. Committed to quality and innovation, Virtue Mold provides cost-effective solutions to global customers.
Professional Team
At Virtue Mold base we possess a team of experienced engineers as well as management professionals, well-equipped with 15 CNC machining centers, employing the most advanced CAD-CAM systems. Our CAD-CAM systems include Powermill , Unigrahics,and MasterCAM.
We are capable of carrying out a wide range of machining tasks including rough pocketing, fine pocketing, water channels, gates, slanting holes, 3D profile machining, just to name a few. The maximum workpiece dimension is 2500mm X 3000mm. Requirements such as tolerance and delivery time vary depending on the specific project, but Virtue Mold base is always ready to give 100% to satisfy customers’ needs.
