718 Mold Steel

718 Mold Steel is a pre-hardened plastic mold steel (29–33 HRC) enhanced with nickel for improved toughness and uniform hardness. It features excellent machinability, superior mirror polishability (Ra≤0.02 μm), and good EDM performance, making it ideal for large molds, high-gloss and transparent plastic parts, and precision mold base applications.
