2738 Mold Steel

2738 Mold Steel is a pre-hardened plastic mold steel (28–33 HRC) with added nickel for enhanced toughness and uniform hardness. It offers excellent machinability and mirror-level polishability, making it ideal for large molds used in automotive and appliance housings, high-gloss plastic parts, and structural mold bases.
